Fitness club

Year 5/6 Fitness Club

 

I am pleased to let you know that we will be continuing our Fitness Club during the second half of this spring term. The first session will be in the first week back after half term, on the 24th February.

 

Who will be running the club? This club will be run by Miss Fishleigh.

 

Who is the club for? Any pupil who wants to improve their fitness, whilst having some fun! This club is perfect for those who want to become fitter and healthier along with those who wish to improve their fitness for sports or activities they already do.

 

When, Where and What? The club will take place every Friday from 3.30pm to 4.30pm, for 6 weeks, last week being the 31st March . Sessions will take place in the playground and in the main hall, depending on the activity and weather. At the end of the club, children to be collected will be brought to the main reception desk so that we can ensure the children have met with the right adult and gone home safely.

 

What to bring? Children just need a suitable PE kit and a drinks bottle.

 

What to do next! Complete the slip below and return to the school office as soon as possible. Places at the club may be limited and slips will be sent home confirming if your child has secured a place or not. Priority will be given to those students who did not secure a place in this club last half term. If we are oversubscribed we will keep your details and should spaces become available we will inform you.
