Teacher Training with School Direct
Okehampton Primary School in partnership with Exeter University are offering a School Direct placements and are calling for applications from the most able graduates in the region.
School Direct is a new route into teaching. Whether you have just finished a degree, or have been working in a career for many years School Direct offers a brilliant teacher training opportunity. Okehampton Primary School, in partnership with Exeter University, are offering both salaried and non-salaried School Direct placements for 2016-2017. We are calling for applications from the most able graduates in the region.
Your training will be based in our school, learning on the job alongside outstanding practitioners with all the support and guidance required for success close at hand. Please contact us to enquire if there are any placements for 2021-2022.

We can offer:

§ support from trained and experienced mentors.
Our training programme is tried and tested
Joe trained at Okehampton Primary School through our School Direct Programme qualifying in 2015. He is now one of our team of Reception teachers and was also winner of Exeter University’s Ted Wragg Award 2015.
